Software Development Outsourcing RFP
|Purchase Category:||Information Technology|
The firm developed a set of 90 questions and a shortlist of seven vendors. Vendors' answers to these questions needed to be scored and weighted by a panel of evaluators from the firm.
With multiple evaluators involved in processing the RFP responses, traditional methods such as Word, Excel and e-mail have their limits. The process easily becomes opaque and prone to errors.
By using PostRFP, the firm was able to publish and close the RFP in a three week time frame with a final decision reached shortly afterwards.
I am a great supporter of PostRFP. It has helped us tremendously to save time throughout the whole process.
